This website is for information and educational purposes only. It presents Mediport, the inspirah, acalmah and aliviah product lines, and the personal importation process regulated by Brazil’s Health Regulatory Agency (ANVISA) under RDC No. 660/2022.

The content of this website is not an offer of sale, nor advertising of medicines in Brazilian territory, nor a promise of any therapeutic result.

The information presented does not replace the consultation, diagnosis or treatment recommended by a licensed healthcare professional. Use of the products requires a medical prescription; the choice of product, dose and length of treatment rests solely with the responsible doctor. The products are intended exclusively for importation by an individual, for their own use, subject to:

• a prescription from a legally licensed professional;
• a valid Exceptional Import Authorization granted by ANVISA to the patient (or their legal guardian).

The imported product is personal and non-transferable; resale, donation or transfer to third parties is prohibited. The Mediport team may guide and assist the patient with the authorization request, but the request is made in the patient’s name, and the patient is responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents provided.

This website and the products are intended for people aged 18 or over. Products containing a relevant amount of THC (such as aliviah gummies) are intended for adults only, as stated on the label. Importation for minors is only possible through their legal guardian, with a prescription and ANVISA authorization in the patient’s name.

We strive to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. The certificates of analysis (CoA) published at mediportlabs.com/coa refer to the batches indicated and are issued by independent laboratories; results may vary between batches, within the product specifications. In case of discrepancy, the label and the lab report of the purchased batch prevail.

Product images are for illustration purposes.

This website does not sell products or process payments. Availability, prices, payment methods, exchange rates, timelines and shipping conditions are provided by our team in individual support (WhatsApp or email), according to each patient’s situation.

Reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.

This website contains links to third-party services such as the gov.br portal, WhatsApp and laboratory portals. Mediport does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability or policies of those services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018). The courts of the District of Feira de Santana, State of Bahia, Brazil, shall have jurisdiction over any matters arising from these terms.
